Privacy Policy

This website (filipzeman.dev) is a personal portfolio. It is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask you to submit any forms. This page explains the limited data that is processed when you visit, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

2. What data is processed

When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically records standard server access logs. These may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable.

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. If you choose to contact me by email (for example via the address above), the content of your message and your email address are processed solely to respond to you.

3. Legal basis & retention

Server logs are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and functioning website, and are kept only for as long as needed for that purpose before being deleted or anonymized by the host. Email correspondence is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and kept only as long as necessary for that purpose.

4. Third parties

The website is served by a hosting provider that processes the technical access data described above on my behalf. Fonts are self-hosted and served from this site, so no requests are made to third-party font services while you browse.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
